What do you have to go through before you find peace?

As life unfolds, and journeys clarify, especially between soul contracts, you are left to see where chaos ends, and calm begins.  Or more aptly put, you are left to choose when chaos ends, and calm begins. How chaotic times can be soulfully cathartic. Lets firstly distinguish between external chaos and internal chaos. As we rarely have carte blanche control over what happens on an immediate external level (though we change it when we change our internal chaos), we have a real time benefit in diminishing our internal chaos.  Through inner chaos we are left to find the parameters of our boundaries. We are able to go beyond the limits of our experience to date and decide what is the mode by...

Our Pain Will Heal: Inner Work Required

The hatred that has lived in the shadows, and in the subconscious, is being brought to the light in the United States. Its not as though it is original pain, it is a pain body that has existed for millenia, perhaps longer. When considering pains, suffering and atrocities being committed on a local or international level it necessitates comprehending spiritual truths, divine connection and an overall dis-identification with our physical selves as the main reference to our existence.  This can be done for a few reasons* in a multitude of ways. Here are 4 recommendations here: 1) Meditation: Though it seems redundant to hear from a non practitioners perspective, it is the single most powerful tool one has in connectingwith ones source, dis identifying with ones physical ailments and 'problems' and gaining clarity, insight and direction (i.e. intuitive guidance) in their waking lives. Here is a meditation I recorded on my radio show that can guide you to understanding the power of meditation.  [http://www.blogtalkradio.com/spiritualizeyourself/2015/06/25/clearing-blockages-in-your-energy-field]...
