Why it is Important to Monitor Your Emotions...

Sometimes we have latent impatience. Or residual anger from a scenario that is affecting our emotional state.  Or frustration with our experience.  It is important to identify underlying feelings because doing so is the difference between living a life of liberation vs living a life of serfdom. Because the snow ball effect is so enormous that self awareness can singlehandedly - if no other personal development tactics are being implemented - change the control you feel in your life. Because when emotions spiral out of controlyou find yourself meeting current challenges unevenly (i.e. overreact), your reactions may not meet the circumstances.  Here are suggestions on peeling back layers of unconsciousness, to getting to the root of your feeling of un-ease.  1) Allow yourself to be vulnerable to yourself. Allow and accept your shortcomings, but bring...

When hatred of self, leads to acts of terror.

The conversation of redemption, acceptance and liberation of strictures of societies, religions and organized systems need to be had in order that freedom can ring and the unearthing of our true divine nature may shine through these harden cries of "my way or no way".  The way to your happiness, is never through lambasting or harming another. Period. You will never find peace while holding onto hatred, or deep seated judgments towards any other being. It is antithesis to inner peace. I was lucky enough to have confronted and then accepted less than stellar decision making on my end, and most acutely, a lack of ability to love unconditionally. Not only of myself but of another.  Here is what I learned. 1) Acceptance can be synonymous with forgiveness. Surely there may be stages to this, but at its base core of acceptance must come forgiveness. Because deep acceptance is an understanding of the fallacy of control, and exposes the truth that all pain stems from lack of love of self or others - the separation fallacy.  2) Hindsight is redundant and uncharacteristic of relative truth. When we judge ourselves...

Worried? Here is the One Thing Worry Despises..

We all go through tense times of stress, worry and uncertainty. The what if's plague our decision making and sense of peace. The idea of what may befall us can overwhelm any legitimate intentional work, goal setting or strategy planning, in short, worry can stagnate us and even reverse progress we have made.   So what is the one thing that worry despises ?? Faith, of course. And faith not in the one outcome you are deeply wishing for, but rather faith in the deeper interplay of your life. The certainty of survival at its core, and the belief for abundance at its most determined.  In order for faith in our outcomes to be steadfast, we must clear out any behaviors or actions that may conflict...
